Beginning of November set myself What I thought to be a very optimistic 100km challenge for the month signed up for it via Running Woman club and on the strava app...
Well today I completed it ...with a few days to spare too... buzzing so I'll get a lovely medal soon ..
I have achieved since June 4th when started c25k a total of 428km , 86 runs ,46hrs 31 mins according to Strava
I am amazed 😱 5 yrs ago I couldn't walk to the end of my street without support...After yrs of being ill tired and weak was diagnosed with M.E...
4 years ago my Hubby left and I thought right time to try to beat this thing introduced fitness slowly slowly with advice and now look ... I've even managed 1 x 10km so far... gob smacked !!!

Hope your ok hun...this time of year is stressy n tiring at best of times dark mornings n early dark nights..stress of Christmas too....🙄....nevermind throwing a global pan demic into the mix
Make sure u getting time for you and if u need to rest don't push yourself too hard

Wow. You are an inspiration. You have overcome so many challenges, hardships and hurdles. For anyone 100K in a month is a serious challenge. 25K a week. Wow. Very impressed, congratulations on all your achievements. Super running and I wish you every continued success. You are right to be so proud of your achievements.
That's amazing, well done you! I'd thought I was doing OK prior to lockdown, but I haven't run anywhere near as often as you. No idea how you fit it in!
