I started C25K about a month into the first lockdown, started mid April, finished Mid June-ish and have not stopped. I've been lucky, no injuries or illness to halt progress at any point, partly because I nicked my mum's good running trainers from the start.
I can't overstate how much running has improved my head space (I might do a proper post at some point, turns out I have loads to write about) but just for now I was wondering if anyone else dreams about running? Last night I dreamt I was trail running in cool sunlight on a path that looked like a composite of images through South Downs-despite me never having been and woke ever so slightly disappointed that I live in London.

Oh yep, I do that too! I use the Just Draw It app to plan routes & distances, when I started cooking properly for myself I'd be planning for food at night, but I never dreamt about cooking. This is new for me 😂
Aha, come to think of it I think it was all in slow-mo, which also accounts for why I fail to outrun the monsters in nightmares-interesting. Thankfully no monsters in sight.
I don’t dream but also have caught the running bug after having started C25k in April. Great to hear how it has supported others through the COVID crisis.
