Yep, just as well no one else was around, they definitely would have thought I was trick or treating in my new reflective gear!! The bottoms look like the outline of a skeleton, but boy do they glow in the dark, definitely can't miss me! No overlaying now, won't make that mistake again!πŸ˜‚πŸ‘€

So, six months ago if someone had said I would love running not only in the rain but in the cold and pitch black I would never have believed them, but I find it really refreshing. tonight I also did my fastest 5km in 31mins 40 secs! . Not yet to the 30mins but getting so close. My average pace was 6.28 also the fastest pace I've run . So thank you to Juju's magic plan and everyone's support on here as I can now see how longer runs do give you more endurance and speed.πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ. 10km here I come this weekend!!!!πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ˜‹

Bit disappointed I didn't make the 30 mins for the 5km though, as I felt strong and was sure I was on target, but I will soon! πŸ˜πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

How's it going with you??

Love this. You look ace there. Having this outlook keeps you consistent and this consistency underpins everything πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ

Go get that 10k and enjoy every bit of it! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Thank you, Im realising that the longer runs really do help, and although I try not focus on time too much, theres a competitive bit of me that always wants to do better,! Blinking hope the weather this weekend is better than last. Technically I did 10km last sat, but because the wind was so strong, I had to keep stopping, so I can't count that. This time, it's got to be running the whole way!!πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Did my first run in 3 weeks this afternoon - yay!!! - only 2.5k and was gentle on myself. I'll gradually increase if my hip feels ok. I'm impatient, but I know slowly does it, otherwise I'll just be back on that IC again!

Good for you! I'm impatient too so totally understand how you must feel. But, better safe than sorry! πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ˜
