Really enjoyed today’s run

Just over 25 mins and 3k but it felt easier today. Legs weren’t so heavy and I managed my run without the rain

Of course I got drenched on my walk home but hey ho I was heading for the shower anyway.

Off to the vets again later as it looks like my cat might be diabetic. Oh joy!!! We’ll wait and see ☹️
