I was on the point of giving up my 10k quest but I woke this morning at 5 am and was feeling ok about it. My plan was a short one today as I’m week 4 of jujus 10 week plan and my ankles and hip have been giving me real issues. So I decided to run around our local rec on the grass and see how I felt. Well I ran 2.5 laps and thought, this is ok, let’s try the seafront, and I kept going and going.... and going. 8.34km in 52mins. I am blooming delighted and amazed. What a great morning for a run😊

Nice run for you Pippatong, I just looked at your phone stats, just a nice pace and you enjoyed your run as well, I hope your ankles and hips won't be an issue in holding you back from running from now on.

Lovely fun....I definitely like plenty of my running on grass or tracks especially the first 1km. You're gonna do it just fine and how lovely to be by the sea...
