I completed my 60 min run this morning. It was pouring but put my so called water proof jacket on and went off. I planned a new route totally out of my comfort zone. It felt good running in the rain. After about 45 mins did start to feel tired and then I seemed to have a second burst of energy. The is best run so far. I came home soaked but elated. I have one short run to do then I have completed Ju Ju's magic plan. I am then going to do the distance version starting at week three. This forum is great and now have a virtual running buddy (week 7). Have a good week everyone.

Thank you chuffed to bits, but still need to complete my short run to finish plan. Do you think its a good idea to go in a week three and do the distance?

Do the plan as it says, just like C25K keep ridgidly to the program as you have been up to now.

Congratulations 🎉👏🏅

So pleased for you. You must be so excited to hit the 60 minutes I know I was!

Sounds like it was a wet but exhilarating run.

Looking forward to our next adventure on the distance plan

Like your idea of starting at week 3.

Well done Nicky2603. It seems to work quite well moving across to the week 3 distance plan for me.

Doesn't look like you've got that much further to go to reach 10k though so you might be able to slot in further into the plan.
