After another busy week at work I got my bony bum π out for a run this morning. I did 20 mins continuous running this week and the ankle held up well π. I ran 3.8 k so I think Iβm back on track to get back 5k soon. I had my first experience with NRC this morning and chose a 20 minute recovery run with Coach Cory. I enjoyed the motivational banter and the run seemed to go quickly - what halfway already?! All in all a good run all round. The picture is the disused railway where I run. Itβs a 30 minute drive but worth it for a bit of nature amidst the urban sprawl. Loved all the leaves π

Good run there and glad your ankle held upπ I'm going for 5k myself at the weekend and will be the first one I've run for over a month due to sickness and injury. Will be back on my disused line soon albeit further down as my normal entry point is still blocked with HS2βΉοΈ Good luck for your 5k when you get round to itπ
