Longest run - distance and time

So pleased with myself this morning - new PB and it felt good (i.e. wasn’t crawling home :) )

I focused on my breathing in the first part of the run and I think it paid off.

Rest day (with chocolate croissants) tomorrow. Looking forward to it!
