So Iβve been building up my runs to do a 10k next weekend. Today was my first 9k and my first run over 60 mins ππ» Very happy with my 9.14k in 1hr 03 mins at 6:58 / km pace. For a 57 year old who started C25K 6 months ago in lockdown having never been able to run before Iβm feeling pretty pleased with myself πβΊοΈ

Good run for you today Redgrave, good luck for your 10K run next weekend, I think you should get a sub 70 minutes time πππΎβ
Fantastic progress! That 10k is just around the corner π.

And so you should be pleased with yourself Redgrave, And that 60 min graduate badge is so shiny!
So close now to the 10k target π―
Enjoy!
You must be very proud of that run. Sounds great. It's funny how these longer distances become more and more comfortable as you get stronger. 10k next!
