OMG that felt such a long way. Had to add an extra loop to my normal route as well, as I ran out of road ๐Ÿ˜‚ Done in 64 mins and 5 seconds, averaging just over 7 mins/km. I am really happy with that, especially as I took the dog for a 45 min walk before my run. Now for Lincoln Xmas Market. I think Iโ€™ve deserved a mulled wine. Hope your Sunday is going well however you are spending it๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Well done Sandie! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ Look at your weather. Ours was โ˜๏ธ ๐Ÿ’จ for my 5k this morning! Doing my 9k on Tuesday.

You realise youโ€™re almost there now donโ€™t you? How exciting is that? ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€

Thanks Cheeky! Gorgeous isnโ€™t it? I got soaked twice yesterday walking the dog, so decided this must be a sign to get out there and run. I was half tempted to go for the Magic 10 but told myself that would be really silly. Iโ€™m lucky that Iโ€™ve not had any injuries since I started back in April and I donโ€™t want to start now! Strava running, music playing, brain in neutral, a comfortable pace and ๐Ÿ’ฅ week 6 off to a good start

Look at that perfect blue sky, mustโ€™ve been lovely out there for you today Sandie. Well done on bagging that 9K thatโ€™s a great result. I do still need to plan a new route for my 9K this week too... Iโ€™d better get my skates on I think I might do mine tomorrow, Iโ€™ve had a lazy weekend ๐Ÿ˜โšก๏ธ

Ah, the joy of running 3 times a week means you can say sod it, Iโ€™ll go tomorrow ๐Ÿ˜‚. Followed up with a walk up Steep Hill (yes, in Lincolnshire, the hills have names!) and a mulled wine and venison burger at the Xmas market. Yum!

Stunning photo Sandie. It's amazing when you start running longer distances and running to places you would normally drive to. And then still walking up Steep Hill! I've been to Lincoln Christmas markets and that hill is pretty steep ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿท
