OMG that felt such a long way. Had to add an extra loop to my normal route as well, as I ran out of road π Done in 64 mins and 5 seconds, averaging just over 7 mins/km. I am really happy with that, especially as I took the dog for a 45 min walk before my run. Now for Lincoln Xmas Market. I think Iβve deserved a mulled wine. Hope your Sunday is going well however you are spending itππ
Week 6, sunny Sunday morning, 9k: OMG that... - Bridge to 10K
Week 6, sunny Sunday morning, 9k
Well done Sandie! ππππ Look at your weather. Ours was βοΈ π¨ for my 5k this morning! Doing my 9k on Tuesday.
You realise youβre almost there now donβt you? How exciting is that? πππ
Thanks Cheeky! Gorgeous isnβt it? I got soaked twice yesterday walking the dog, so decided this must be a sign to get out there and run. I was half tempted to go for the Magic 10 but told myself that would be really silly. Iβm lucky that Iβve not had any injuries since I started back in April and I donβt want to start now! Strava running, music playing, brain in neutral, a comfortable pace and π₯ week 6 off to a good start
Look at that perfect blue sky, mustβve been lovely out there for you today Sandie. Well done on bagging that 9K thatβs a great result. I do still need to plan a new route for my 9K this week too... Iβd better get my skates on I think I might do mine tomorrow, Iβve had a lazy weekend πβ‘οΈ
Stunning photo Sandie. It's amazing when you start running longer distances and running to places you would normally drive to. And then still walking up Steep Hill! I've been to Lincoln Christmas markets and that hill is pretty steep ππ·
Well done Sandie - that 10k is within your reach! π
