OMG that felt such a long way. Had to add an extra loop to my normal route as well, as I ran out of road πŸ˜‚ Done in 64 mins and 5 seconds, averaging just over 7 mins/km. I am really happy with that, especially as I took the dog for a 45 min walk before my run. Now for Lincoln Xmas Market. I think I’ve deserved a mulled wine. Hope your Sunday is going well however you are spending itπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ

Well done Sandie! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ Look at your weather. Ours was ☁️ πŸ’¨ for my 5k this morning! Doing my 9k on Tuesday.

You realise you’re almost there now don’t you? How exciting is that? πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

Thanks Cheeky! Gorgeous isn’t it? I got soaked twice yesterday walking the dog, so decided this must be a sign to get out there and run. I was half tempted to go for the Magic 10 but told myself that would be really silly. I’m lucky that I’ve not had any injuries since I started back in April and I don’t want to start now! Strava running, music playing, brain in neutral, a comfortable pace and πŸ’₯ week 6 off to a good start

Look at that perfect blue sky, must’ve been lovely out there for you today Sandie. Well done on bagging that 9K that’s a great result. I do still need to plan a new route for my 9K this week too... I’d better get my skates on I think I might do mine tomorrow, I’ve had a lazy weekend 😁⚑️

Ah, the joy of running 3 times a week means you can say sod it, I’ll go tomorrow πŸ˜‚. Followed up with a walk up Steep Hill (yes, in Lincolnshire, the hills have names!) and a mulled wine and venison burger at the Xmas market. Yum!

Stunning photo Sandie. It's amazing when you start running longer distances and running to places you would normally drive to. And then still walking up Steep Hill! I've been to Lincoln Christmas markets and that hill is pretty steep πŸ˜‚πŸ·
