I dunno whats wrong with me but last week I was fooling with the c210k app days to see what was in store next and I must have left it on the following week because I accidentally skipped the whole damn week and ran 3 sets of 18 min instead of 3 sets of 15 min. I thought something was up! I took a completely different route as well so had no markers to gauge time by. It was hard but not as hard as I thought it might be. Including the walking bits it worked out to 9k at a 6:40 pace. Now for the next run I don't know if I should go back to last week or just continue from this point forward since I've done one of the three 18 min runs. :). Going to take the weekend off to be safe In any event.
Accidental 9k!: I dunno whats wrong with me... - Bridge to 10K
Accidental 9k!
Phew Decker...great run. Kudos.😊x
Okay... WOW!!!!
Just rest up now... and make sure everything feels okay before you next head out !
I will, thanks Floss. I feel good today - We'll see what happens tomorrow. If it works anything like my back does after snow shoveling then I will feel it in a day or two :). I really have to pay more attention. Got into the music and just lost track
We all slip up some time.
I am sure you will find that after a rest you will be fine to move on.
Well done, Decker.
Thanks Iannoda - I really began to doubt my brain this morning - expecting the cue to "start walking" to come and it didn't until much later. Live and maybe learn, right?
That's great Decker, I'd think you can just move on from there.
Thanks Joy. Yes I think that will be the plan next week if all goes well
Blimey brave person....and what a pace. Now my interest is well and truly piqued. Guess which app I'll be downloading...
lol -I dunno about that, but I thought the C210 app was built into everyone's C25 app at the end like it was for mine. I noticed at the end of the C210, there is a link for the (gulp) 13.1 training! It's like they don't want us to stop!
Decker, what tracker is that? I like it's set up.
Wow, sounds like you've had a real workout today. I would take a couple of rest days before heading out again.
But well done.
