Today was definitely the day for a long run!

Managed 16k in a bit over 2 hours. Was so psyched by clapping all the virtual runners on my route I nearly decided to do an HM then realised that would most likely put me on the IC so stopped. Got back home cold and very soggy but super happy 😃 another half kilometre and I’d have run 10 miles 🤓 (didn’t realise it at the time or would have pushed on🤣🤣)

Well done 👏👏👏 Fantastic 👍👍👍 it is confusing sometimes when to stop for the correct distance 😂 but at least you went out there and did your best 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️
