Waterlogged routes

Got out bright and early set off steady and then water water everywhere!!!!💦💦 turned round and tried another route but that was 💧 waterlogged too. Third route was ok but by then the gremlins had started doing a dance on my shoulder. I tried to get rid of them but then stopped to get over the bridge and when I started again they struck. And I just stopped running. No reason just stopped. Those gremlins are pesky. Looking at stats I was on a good run too. Only did 3 k. But at least I did get out🙃🙃🙃🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Yes at least you got out there! I had a very wet run this morning and just ran through patches of 8 inches of flooded paths! Mental run!

Haha! The water was halfway up my calves, shoes full of water! Once I embraced it, it was fine! Shoes are stuffed with newspaper now!

There's nothing wrong with a 3k run. If you're not in the mood why force yourself. But you got out there despite the conditions. Still a good effort!
