Is there a BBC 10K app? I checked in the App Store and can’t see one.

I do not think there are any 10K apps, however, if you wish to run a 10K try Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan, this plan is a little like the C25K training program, just Google 'Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan'

There isn't one as far as I know, but you could perhaps go over to the Bridge to 10k forum and also perhaps use the Nike Run Club podcasts? I think you've just graduated, so probably best to consolidate the 30 min runs at the moment, but there are lots of different ways to get to 10k. I just busked it and did my own thing, but if you're looking for more structure, perhaps sign up on the Bridge forum. Lots of lovely people on there!

There is no app, but you are on the bridge to 10k forum, so lots of advice here . you really need to do some consolidation runs first and then maybe have a go at ju Ju 's magic 10 plan

I’m doing Ju-Ju-‘s Magic 10K Plan (on Week 5) and just running with my own playlists. I’d get some consolidations under your belt and then maybe try the C25K+ Stepping Stone podcasts if you’re missing a coach 😉

There is a podcast which I have used successfully. It’s called ( surprisingly enough) Bridgeto10k. Its made by Bluefin Software and is free- even though it says Subscribe beside it. It’s a 6 week plan, and goes back to run/walk but I found it great for building up to 10k again after my injury. You get told when to run and walk and “ you have 5 mins left” etc. And the music is bearable ( much like C25k).
Also I found if you download the podcasts at home, you don’t have them cut out on you like the App seemed to do now and then.
