Had a lovely annual leave day today, planning my next running phase. I’m ready for the Magic Plan! But I couldn’t let the workouts happen by chance. I needed a merged plan, one that combines the brilliance of JuJu’s Magic Plan with my plan-y workout routines. (PDF with clickable links at unwrapp3d.uk/wp-content/upl...
So here it is. Hope the picture is sharp enough! I had a lot of fun planning, and I hope to have even more fun running this!
It features returns (on popular request - mine) of Zombies, Laura’s Str & Flex and Runkeeper’s voices, but also added new Pilates and Yoga. And added to the mix is also a focus on my weak areas: knees and back!

Wow. So much research and organisation has gone into this plan CBDB. You’ll love ju-ju’s Magic Plan. I did the timed version first then joined the distance one. Both are brilliant. Happy running!
Yes, I thought about that but as I am really really slow, I do 60 min quite regularly now. So I thought in order to progress I need to extend the distance. It means I might have to learn how to run 2hours at a time!😳
Very impressed with your planning skills CBDB. Have fun with the magic plan and don’t forget that it is flexible and you can do the runs in any order and take as many rest days as you want between runs.
Thank you! Yeah I need a bit of variety with with workouts but stability in terms of runs and routes. I’m not quite as adventurous with running as I am with trying out workouts. 👍🏽☺️🙏
I've been out of things recently due to injury. Hoping to do 5k tomorrow for the first time in over 2months. Physio says I need to strengthen my butt! So need to do x3 runs and x3 workouts a week. See how I go tomorrow and then make a plan! I'll be watching to see how you get on with your plan!
