You got up and at 'em so well done you!! Each time you lace up it's a victory 👏👏👏👏👏
I was in the same place during lockdown, but I did keep going out, even if only for 20 minutes. It's quite soul-destroying when you feel you just can't do it any more, but it will all come together again at some point. I got out of it by changing my routine. I went out with no particular route in mind and my earbuds in (I usually run without music). Not having an end-point in my head seemed to take the pressure off and I just started enjoying it again. As GTFC said, the main thing is you're still getting out and doing it. Keep up the good work!
I love this reply thank you so much I thought I was going crazy I knew that was a factor the lockdown but I still managed to go out doing the Heaton and I know there's factors that made my time go down it is very discouraging like you want to give up two weeks is the longest I've gone without running but you know I'm just going to keep at it because what else can I do
