Well that’s week one over and done with along with the 6km run of week two. So far so good. However the 6km run this morning was harder than I expected it to be, just one of those runs which didn’t feel quite right. No idea why not, suspect I was just tired and stiff after a long week sat at my home office desk - I really must find the time to take proper breaks during the working day and fit in a few stretches or even the odd bit of walking. Whilst working from home has its advantages, I amazed how little I move some days ! Definitely a good job I can get out and run !

It’s easy to do little moving around when your mind is on work, a good run though clears your head and stretches your body, that looks like a good one
