Until I had to stop suddenly...cramp? Pulled hamstring? No....someone has filled the field I run past with a herd of baby goats!!!

After a quick stop, I carried on my way. Got to 5k then turned round to run the second 5k home again. I wouldn't need to stop again! Passed the goat field with a cursory glance....oh no....they've all come up to the gate! Second longer stop whilst I ooed and aahed!!

Completed the 10k, but no chance of a PB!!!

"Goats" that's a new one to add to the list of unusual things seen when running

I would have been exactly the same! I was once accosted by a puppy whilst doing a C25K run, and I still count it as one of my best ever runs (purely for the puppy!)!

Running should be fun, and what could be more fun than meeting a gang of baby goats?! Beats a PB any day... ;)

You are so right! I love it when I get accosted by a cute dog....though they look at me as if to say ' you call that running'!!

I guess you wouldn't have seen them if you hadn't gone out for a run. See, running definitely helps you experience more in life.

You do have to be careful when out running and ogling as you can run into things!
