Well done, sounds like the gremlins have left for an easier target. Happy running 🤗

Well done! I’ve only ever run to music, but now these runs are getting longer on the Magic Plan, was thinking of starting an audio book or podcast. Thought it might slow me down, but thinking about it, that’s probably a good thing on those longer runs. You’ve inspired me. Thank you!

I find a book so much easier. My cadence settles in line with my breathing and is pretty consistent. If I listen to music even a slight change in tempo messes with my feet.
