Hi all, just finished my first run of week 2. I managed 6K in 42:00 exactly so 7:00 per K on average. I’m quite pleased with that in this heat and humidity. 😀👍
One day I’ll work out how to upload from Strava etc to here and start posting pictures! 😉😊
Next step is an unofficial Parkrun of 5K at work at lunchtime on Wednesday - we’ve got marshals and timekeepers so it’ll count towards my weekly target, then I’ll just need a short run of 3K later in the week to meet my quota. Since when did I start thinking of 3K as “a short run”? 🤔😂🤣
