Magic Plan Started

Completed my first run of the plan this morning. I have decided to run the distance option, so completed the 5.5km this morning (34:43 mins). I have more time to run at the weekend, hence why I thought I would do the longer run this morning, making it a bit easier to fit the shorter runs in around the working week.

This morning was one of those glorious mornings for running, sunny, blue sky, warm and no one else around so I had my local canal tow path all to myself, apart from the odd swan.

Thanks. Yes it’s a lovely quiet route along an old disused canal, ideal really.
