Completed week 2 of the magic plan today and it feels so good to have a structure to my week again after completing the C25K. The last two runs have been particularly good in part I think to AlMorr’s advice to drink 2-3 litres of water a day even on non running days. Since I have upped the water the running has been easier.

Great you've now completed wk2 of the magic plan. Hydration is so important anyway and making sure you drink the recommended amount and possibly more when it's really hot will really help your running as you've found out. Well done and good luck with the rest of the plan 😊😊
Well done on week 2👍👍Hydration certainly THE BEST TIP!!! I've let that slip over the last couple of days and boy did I feel it this morning as I waded through treacle😟. I'll write today off and try again with more fluid onboard for Thursday 🤔
