LEJOG4 another 5k

Overweightandunfit profile image

Well after a disastrous week last week and only one run, I was back out there this morning for a 5k. Slightly slower time than last week but that's fine, it's all miles towards my journey and hopefully will get out for a long walk this afternoon to add a bit more.

Well done, it all counts. Don't aim to meet or beat times on every run - some (most?) must be seen as training runs. Enjoy your walk. Happy running 🤗
