Done another 5k this morning plus abit of hit training thrown in. back nigglein a little but ok I think have a day off tomorrow rest it again got tough mudder on Saturday way out of my comfort zone but try anything once whis me luck

Well done on your 5k today, high intensity interval training is perfect for running excersise, onwards and upwards 🏃 👍
