Whilst Cornwall offered sunny ☀️ views on my run (yes, I look at both weather reports, don’t you???), at home I ran in rain 🌧 and windy 🌬 weather.
But at home I ran a straightforward 30min, the first time since 4-5weeks! I usually run longer now, so it was really relaxing to run only for 30mins. 2nd fastest slow run on this route. (Yes, I’m still super super slow, but do I care? Ok, ok ... I do .. so have planned in the C25k+ podcasts next week!)
But fabulous wet run!
So I usually look happier than in the picture ... if not fitter 😅.

You are doing very well indeed CBDB, however, if you look at how many miles you have completed which is very good then look how many you have still to go🤣🤣still plenty of time, well done 😀 🏃🏾 🚶
Sounds like you are having fun on this journey and as far as I'm concerned a happy slower run is far better than an unhappy faster run. Happy running 🤗
