Ran my first 6k

I decided that I’m going to try & run a bit further on my alternate runs. So today I aimed for 6k. It went reasonably well, not super quick but I knew I’d have to slow my pace if I was going to be able to go further. Took me 46 mins and I’m happy with that for now.

Luckily the weather was gorgeous and I tried a slightly different route as well. Got slightly lost at one stage but eventually found my way home. I still can’t believe that I can run for more than 2 minutes 😂. Thank you C25k.

I surely will but well done you on doing your first 6k in the wind & rain. Don’t mind wind but not so keen on rain - kudos to you 👏👍

It didn’t feel too bad while running but peeled off layer by layer and was soaked to the skin by the time i got home, mind you 😀Willow had gone home a bit before me so i arrived to a cup of tea and hot bath which was bliss

Amazing, now you can run for 46 minutes as against 2 minutes a few months ago, congratulations.
