This morning I went out to do a consolidation run on the podcast with Jo, so 35mins or so I thought! 53 mins and 53secs later I return home! I got totally distracted by a monkjac that ran out of the cornfields and decided to run Infront of me! I clearly forgot to listen to Laura as was too intent at watching the deer, so I just did a Forest Gump and just kept running!! I suddenly realised I didn't recognise my surroundings and then heard Laura saying keep going you have two mins left!!
Anyone else do this??? I ended up doing 7.87km, and although slow, I'm amazed I could run for that amount of time. So maybe I can do the programme with JuJu for the 10k starting Sept.
Starving when I got in or maybe it was thirst so I satisfied both and reckon I can have a large G &T tonight too! ,πππββοΈ

Great run for you today and fantastic time - faster than my happy pace so dont knock it. Good luck with the 10k plan, you'll be great. Happy running π€
Well done you, you can glow all day now! This tells me a lot, that you are running at the right pace and have built up to this 'accidental' moment π you will definitely be ready for the magic plan so go for it with confidence!
Thank you. I was amazed I could run for that long but I thought it was slow, but sometimes I do get a bit hung up on the time. It felt good to finish and I keep looking at my Fitbit feeling so proud . Little things eh! ,ππββοΈ
