Set out for week 3 run 2 of Ju Jus plan, was struggling motivation wise thought it was a bit late 6.30pm) but then gave myself a talking to and got out there. Started slow, 8 minutes plus, per km, Got to 32 minutes/4 km and decided just to do 5k today so carried on.... at 5 k had a bit extra to give so ran another km at 7 minute pace. Finished on 6 k.... immensely proud as originally I only intended to do C25K plan .
