18th consolidation run and I’m thinking 💭 surely I’ll not fall of the wagon now!

Lovely 😊 run 🏃🏼‍♀️. Went half hour earlier than my runner 🛌 husband, who is recovering from a runner injury 🤕by doing the whole C25k thing, now on week 3. Ahhh 😌 the memories 📝.

Our paths crossed on my cool 😎 down walk and we smiled and fist-bumped 🤜 🤛🏼 💥

Smiley runner mornings, love them. 💕

P.s. note to myself: yes, I’m on No 18! I under-counted wrong before. How could I!

Awwwhh, thanks for asking but I am not quite ready for that yet.

I am going through the NHS 12 week fitness programme, replacing the C25k runs with C25k consolidation runs. So it forces me to stay with consolidation for a good, solid time. I am on week 7. See my tracker post at healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

But in 5 weeks time, I’ll be there!
