I am wondering what earphones you all use when running? I am still using my wired earphones that came with the iPhone but thinking of trying out some wireless ones. The Apple ear buds look nice but look quite expensive and so small that I worry I will end up losing them. Thanks

I use Aftershokz, they are wireless and use bone conduction so you don't have to wear them in your ears. It means you can hear things around you, like traffic, so if you run around streets, it can be a bit safer. They are a bit pricey though so depends what are able to spend.
Aftershokz are also the only ones approved by uk athletics and are the only type allowed in some races. You can still have a conversation with them on too. I think they’re great and worth the investment. I’ve got titanium trekz mini.
Thank you these look really great, I am wondering if the quality of the music and sound if making phone calls is still high? I am tempted to get these although all the suggestions seem brilliant
I am a big fan of Aftershokz. I previously tried both wired and bluetooth earphones. I found them uncomfortable and sometimes one of them would fall out. Rather than waste more money on another type of earbud, after reading many reviews, I bought my Aftershokz. I found them a little strange at first, especially the tickling effect on my bones. After a few uses I don't notice that any more and would never go back to using in-ear devices.
I use Apple air pods and they have never fallen out and I sometimes I forget I have them in they are really comfortable... they are expensive but I link them up with my Apple Watch.
I have bought Aftershokz (Aeropex) recently. They are expensive but very good. The sound quality is good – unless you are a professional musician wanting very precise sound! I have listened to music and spoken word, (Radio 4) and can hear very clearly.
I use them when I am running, gardening and many other times. They are comfortable, they work fine regardless of whether I am cool and dry or hot and sweaty on a run! 😄
