Hi there
I am all signed up for the Run Norwich 10k in a few months. I use earbuds when I normally run, but I've heard that certain races don't allow them.
Does anyone have experience of bone conductor earphones, any recommendations?
Thanks 😁

I’ve got some Aftershokz Trekz Air bone conductors. Very comfy and work really well, though also quite pricey.
I’ve seen them on display in shops like runners need where you can try them out.
I aso have a pair of Trekz Aftershokz. I bought them partially because I don’t feel safe if I can’t hear the outside world, and partially because I find earbuds really uncomfortable. I have quite a wide head but the smaller size is fine for me (there are instructions on their website on measuring your head). Sound quality is ok, obviously less good than normal headphones. They are comfortable. Battery life isn’t wonderful, it gets me through a 90minute run but sometimes doesn’t last much longer.
Yes. I love my Aftershokz minis 👌🏽
I have similar made by Airprov - they're cheaper than the Aftershokz but I have found them fine. Currently just under £40 but I got them in a lightning sale for just over £30
