I’ve always used Apple ones and they have seen me through all weathers although I’ve so far got through about 11 pairs! Trial and error methinks?

Yerbuds?

I have this problem too...i have a pair of wired in ear earbuds that the reviews said will not budge...but they do!!!the only way i can get them to stay in is i wear a buff on my head doubled up over my ears...that seems to keep.them in place.great in the winter as it keeos your ears warm but also good for...erm...keeping the sweat off your face 😊

I’ve just ordered a set birthday money reviews say they won’t budge even in a car wash we will see

Good luck!!!

Try wearing a runners skull cap, it’s like a tight beanie and it will hold your earphones in or just wear a beanie, I do.

Some are designed for that purpose, hope this helps

Bone conducting wireless headphones were the solution for me. Earbuds, headphones, ones you hang over your ear, they all eventually fell out for me as I too have small ear canals. I spent £70 on my trekz and I love them - highly recommend them and you can hear traffic, bike bells, hold a conversation etc. Have a look here- sale at the moment: athleteshop.co.uk/aftershok....

Ideal! I hope you like them and they work as well for you as they do for me. Good luck!

Thank you for telling us about these. I’ve not heard of them before. They sound just the thing for me. Like others I can’t get in ear ones to stay in and the over ear ones fall out too (even my husband’s expensive Beats ones).

You’re usually allowed to use them for races if you want to too as you can hear the marshalls etc. Hope they work for you!

Bone conduction technology is excellent. I have the Air version of these because I found the Titanium ones a bit big for all the stuff needing to go over my ears (trekz... sunglasses... buff...) but I recommend both versions to anyone who will listen. They're great for running in the city because you can hear the traffic, and equally great for running in the country because you can hear the birds and streams. Unfortunately the downside is it does mean you also hear the comments that girls in tights will never escape from, and which I was oblivious to prior to the trekz :/ They're definitely one of my very favourite running purchases though.

Used trekz today amazing thanks for recommendation x

Sadly I have resorted to a piece of micropore tape to keep mine in place (narrow ear canals) after trying several different varieties.

I had the same problem, until I tried these: amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07...

They fit round the ears, and sit on them like headphones. They have never fallen out yet, and have a springy band which goes round the back of the neck which helps hold them in place. I also wear glasses, and have had no problems at all. The sound quality is good, and I can still hear traffic, and other people with them on. Hope this helps!
