Very hot already out there 🥵 so didn’t worry about pace today just wanted to get through it and finish. Once again Coach Bennett and Andy P helped by having one in each ear egging me on 👍 I’m done now for today so good luck all those who are running later as Its getting hotter 🌞🌞

That's really impressive, well done! 🙌🙌I only did 30 minutes today (w2r2, working on time) and it was so hard! 🥵🥵 Glad I'm not running again until Sunday and it's only the short run (15min) 😃👍
I’m doing distance as I am very slow so can’t keep up with the timings of the plan. Well done though as it was hot 👍🌻😎
I could never go with distance, I'm too slow and not yet fit enough to run for as long as I'd need to reach the longer distances! When I complete the time plan, I'll try to move to distance before working on speed 😃 Good luck with the rest 🍀 💪🏃♀️🌻
Well done KB. I’ve just finished W4 it’s a great plan. I’m really slow so doing the timed runs rather than the distance ones. I’ll maybe do them once I’ve got to 60 minutes running. Who knows. Running is great !!🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
Thank you and well done you but once again confused as I am not fast enough to do the timed runs and that is why I am doing the distance plan 🤔
By the timed runs I mean I am running for (say) 50 mins I’m not measuring how far I’m going I’m just running for 50 minutes. Whereas the distance runs are measuring the distance you run eg 5 k or 7 k or 10 k. it doesn’t matter how long In minutes it takes you to run the distance. That’s the way I’m looking at it.
