So I hurt my knee walking the Viking way and haven’t run for 6 days. I decided to test it this morning but it’s not feeling right in the warm up walk so I decide to do c25k wk1 run - 60 seconds run 90 seconds walk x 8. No music, just a talking podcast with lots of long silent pauses so I can concentrate on my knee. I’m on a long silent pause when I hear a shout. I look around but see no one. Then I hear it again. Then it comes clearer “help! Help me! I yank out my ear buds and run towards where I think the voice is coming from - the hay bales. I shout loudly “hello? Do you need help? Where are you?” Silence. Then I realise the voice is from my podcast. Zombies run 🤦♀️
Oh crikey 🤦♀️: So I hurt my knee walking the... - Bridge to 10K
Oh crikey 🤦♀️
Haha love this!! That’s made me chuckle 🤣🤣
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I feel like a total fool 😂
🤣🤣
Lovely pic too- I hope your knee improves soon
A zombie could hide behind those bales to lure me in though 🤔
Oh my, that would be worrying, poor you, you must have got quite a fright. Hope your knee held up. Happy running 🤗
🤣🤣you're mad and you made me laugh. Hope your running goes well 👍
🤣🤣🤣 Brilliant! I have used Zombies Run! Great fun, especially on dark runs!😱 Glad it was all a false alarm! 😂
More importantly - hope your knee was ok?🙂
Thanks x the knee loosened up during the run/walk and despite being nervous at the start I enjoyed it. Mind you some of the enjoyment came from making a total arse of myself 😂 I averaged 10.10 minutes per km and I’m pleased on the slow pace as I’ve been trying to slow it down. I need to do more runs at that pace I think. Do every run like I have a dodgy knee 👍
Briliant😂
🤣🤣🤣 this gave me a proper chuckle 🤣 glad to hear the knee seemed a bit better 🤞
Brilliant, I love zombies run! Glad your knee is on the mend 😀
