I didn't even realise a Graduate10 badge was a thing! I graduated C25K back in August 2018, and I run the odd 10k these days (twice this week so far). What does one need to have done to qualify?
Well many folk complete the Magic 10 plan here on the Bridge forum, or use other plans to get to 10K, but if you have and are running at 10K comfortably , then you can have a Graduate 10 badge if you would like one.
Yes please that would be great. I ran the Southend 10k in 2019 and I am comfortable running that distance now (I actually ran a 2 hour 18k the other week). Thank you!
Hello Oldfloss, well after your super guidance through the June quest and reaching 9k, this morning I added the extra kilometer. Super happy at the moment π can I please have my badge π
Thanks also for all the above advice, I read it the other day in anticipation π I plan to consolidate with a few 10ks for a couple of months but definitely going to take the next step to 10 miles
Hi Oldfloss- Iβm looking an imposter! π Iβve only earned my 60 minute badge, not 10k. When you get a chance could you change it please? - But sometime in the future I will be back for the other one! Xxx
On my 12th consolidation run I managed to run for an hour. Not making 10k yet but pretty pleased to be able to run for 60 minutes so please can I have my badge ? Thanks
Despite a niggling knee issue and low expectations I've managed to run 6.5k in 60 minutes this morning. Pinching myself now but the 60 minute badge would sure make it seem real. Who'd have thought when I started C25K back in darkest January π
Having completed the C25K programme in April I went on to the Bridge to 10K and yesterday I ran my first ever 10k. 64 minutes. Having not run for 25 years I'm super proud to have achieved this since starting running again in February.
Hi, Can I have a 60 min badge please? I finished my 5-10km app program, but it might be another month before I make the 10K badge. But super proud of my 60 min run achievementπ.
Well guys.. I've only gone and done it ! Sunday evening, last night, I ran 10km .. JuJu's 10k Magic Plan, ticked off..done..my only first time ever I've ran 10km.. Whoop whoopπ
I'm absolutely delighted and can't really believe I've been able to get here ...
Finally logged on to let you know I did it. I've done 10k twice now. I think it will be a Saturday thing! Took 1:18 and wiped me out for the rest of the day. Could I please have a badge.
Didn't realise I could have a 60 minute badge! I just ran 60 minutes tonight for the first time (still can't believe it). Wine & peanut time now π·π·π₯π₯
Myself and my daughter reached the magical 10km goal and are so happy, feeling really chuffed and accomplished. Would love the graduate badge please π
Hi all, I ran for 60 minutes last night for the 1st time - please could I have my badge? Love a shiny new badge - didn't realise until recently that there was a 60 minute one. Can't wait to (hopefully) get my 10K one. Thanks for all the support here.
Hi there, Iβve completed a 10k today and hoping you can graduate me and award me the badge please? I have followed JuJuβs Magic Plan on distance, and although I thought it would be quite tough am really pleased with how itβs gone. Thanks!
I cheated and did not follow the plan as I took much longer to get there but am pleased to say that over lockdown I have 50 miles a month and have now completed 5 x 6k. To finish off my circuit itβs actually 6.65 miles so comfortably a 10k. I am now even looking at building up to my first half marathon. Again I have looked at various plans but have factored in the fact that the number of weeks may need to be increased as I struggle each time the distance increases. But βstill getting thereβ and Iβm keeping going.
Hey completed my first 10K on the 19th been buzzing ever since time was 1hr 4mins which I didnβt think was that bad for my first go π¬ please can I have that lovely badge
So, I ran a few ( 5) 10km in the last three weeks and am doing a virtual 10km race this weekend. I am not running the distance comfortably, but I manage π . Is that enough for the badge ?
Hello Oldfloss , I ran my first 10k this morning (66 minutes). Please may I have a Graduate10 badge? Thank you to you and all the admins for supporting this community.
I did my third 10k this morning, just to make sure I actually can do it. Not super-speedy at 1.17 but after a soggy and not very sleepy camping trip I will take it as a great way to clear my head. Would love to claim the badge.

Hi guys. I have successfully completed 10K in a time of 61:47 and was really hoping this is where I can get my 10K badge. I would like the 10K badge over the ran for 60 minutes if thatβs possible.
I can attach the stats from my run which was yesterday evening. Absolutely great feeling and great support from people on the app.
I started Couch to 5k on 25 March, and 4 months later, Iβve finished the 10k magic plan having run 10k for the first time this evening in 59:21. Iβm feeling so proud of myself for sticking with it π Iβd love to have a 10k badge please.
Hello! I did run 10k last year but walked for about 2 minutes in the middle up a really steep bank so that didn't feel quite good enough! I've now been running 10-11k for the last few weeks so would love to finally have a graduate badge!!! I've been running for almost 2 years now after starting with the couch to 5k and can finally say I almost enjoy the runs themselves rather than just the afterglow!! Thank you for all the hard work the admins do, this site is brilliant!
Long slow relaxed runs... and up the strength and stamina work too on some of your rest days. Weirdly, it is the lovely long slow, see where you get to, runs that eventually build up speed and distance
I have just recently completed 10k! A short, overweight middle aged woman who started couch to 5k struggling to run for 60 seconds and can now run 10k (albeit very slowly π)
These programmes work, you just need to have a little faith.
Congratulations to those who have completed the programmes and good luck to all those still on their journeys. You are all amazing π
