Well 5am came and went and I dragged myself literally out of bed. After a warm up argentine tango with the cat i was out the door and st laura was back in my ear. I managed to keep the pace and not die!
Better go now as the cat is attached to my toe demanding food

Well done - I’m not good at dragging myself out of bed and COVID hasn’t helped. 3 granddaughters will tomorrow morning!! I never took to the steppingstones but glad you found them useful. 5am 👀 yikes
If you google c25k+ you'll find the three podcasts - speed (interval training), stepping stones (cadence training) and stamina (don't know what that does - never tried it). I used the first two quite a bit and still do the speed one.
