So today I did my second consolidation run to the above podcast .. oh my ..didn’t think I’d be able to keep with the pace but amazingly I did.... I thorough recommend it .. off to the French Alps soon and already planning my runs but a bit hilly! I’ll keep you posted 😆

Take it slowly uphill. Amazing what you can get up if you're not worrying about pace. My running buddy walked beside me when I 'ran' up a steep hill last week 😁
