Apologies if this has been asked before but where do I get the stepping stones podcasts from please? Have just managed 5k today in 40 minutes. Very slow to know so went to try to improve on that. Thanks in advance.

Well done on 5K. Remember it's endurance not speed that's important... Slow and steady is good.
