Did my first 10k a couple of weeks ago, slow at 1hr 29 mins but only a few weeks after completing C25K. Picked up an injury later that day just walking, have been resting, ordered new running shoes (graduated from my old general trainers) and going to try a gentle run in the next day or so to get going again. Can I have my badge please to encourage me to get back out and there and make it a regular feature!!

I see that you graduated about a month ago. I think it is really important to take a very graded approach to upping the distance. I would suggest a training programme after a consolidation period. That will give your body the opportunity to develop the necessary strength and stamina to cover the distance . No more than10% increase in distance per week. Too quick and you will pick up injuries, maybe not at the time, but soon after as you have found.
Be patient, be safe

Congratulations on running your 10k. As its only 4 weeks since you completed c25k it is possible you did injure yourself when running and it only showed up when walking.
Its advisable to consolidate those c25k 30 minute runs for a few weeks before moving on to 10k.
For now take it easy . Good luck😊👍
