Old bird flies again!

Well i had the most fantastic run today - possibly the best ever. I ran out on a cycle path in a lovely rural area and turned around at the half way point to run back.

It was perfect running weather. The sky was blue, the sun was shining, but there was a cool breeze to keep it comfortable. With around 20 minutes to go something marvellous happenned. I extended my stride slightly and slowed my cadence a bit and suddenly, there it was - my happy pace!!!! I was grinning away loping along feeling fantastic and before I knew it I'd done the 60 minutes! When I checked my distance I was just shy of 7k so I kept going for another minute till i hit it.

I am absolutely delighted - what a run!!!!

That was a good run for you today Fionamags, you described it very well indeed, nice weather and lovely scenery in rural countryside, you can now tell the administrators that you have ran for 60 minutes, after that you will see the words "60mingraduate" next to your username.
