Good Morning! ☀️ Well this morning I managed 4 miles (it was my long run of the Juju plan wk 5) and I’m thrilled that this week I’ve covered 6 runs...just another 34 to go! 🤣 I was so slow but I think it’s because I’ve ran more often than I usually would so I’ve got tired legs. I’ve paced myself more next week so hopefully I’ll feel better running. Proud of myself for doing this challenge all for a good cause.
