I to went to sports Shop . Feet measured etc and finally decided on these. Strange first of all because of thick sole. But just what I needed

Happy running in them. Hoka shoes are meant to be really comfy.

Thank you. I was a bit sceptical of them because people have said they cause problems for runners

I swear by my Hokas, yours are much better colours than mine.

Happy running 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Thank you. Have you had any injuries from yours , or is it just people frightening me

Had injury BEFORE them!!!.

Saw sports physio, 3 sessions, then got the Hokas and redid the whole programme.

Fingers crossed, touch wood......18 months later.

Come back coming very slow, still pain in ankle but started acupuncture treatment again for it, swelling has gone down a bit on it. I bought new trainers, they have a lot of padding on soles. Which is great for me, they said this to will also help ankle, as it’s giving me support.at the moment I’m walking once a week and walk running for little bits. I’m on week five of couch to five k and I think I will stick on it for a while as I don’t feel ready to progress.

How about you. How are you getting on now? This weather has been really hard, the sun for running. I am glad for a drop of rain

I started a run/walk rehab plan, but after only 3 runs had to stop with ankle pain in my other foot. Back to normal now and working my way back with a bit of impact work, physio and walking. Told to try running on grass rather than pavement too. So soon 🤞...thank you for asking.

Those shoes look really good, are they quite a wise fitting they look nice and roomy in the toe box?

Good luck in them🌻xxx

I think they are. I bought two size up from mine as first ones fitted but were snug. The next size fitted brilliantly. Loads of room in toes and a really thick platform on sole given me plenty of comfort.

I was told along the line that grass is softer then road.

So good luck and here’s to us both ( again)

That's it. I just got the Biondi 6. Had to bump up a size due to narrowness.

I expected clown shoe floppiness in front, but it's not been a issue.

I had to do the Heel lock / lace lock to tighten up the heal, but no problem.

Thank you that’s exactly me. I’ve got an injury and been advised to wear them because of thick soles.

These are bangers!!

Woo hoo. Good luck in these!!

Are they Hoka Arahi's? 💕

I swapped to Hoka about 6 months ago and since getting my Arahi's my niggly knee has improved massively. I call them my "Magic" shoes✨ 👟💕and absolutely love them . Quite a few others on here also wear Hoka's. Truth is, like any shoe - they won't suit everyone and it's about finding the best model for you too. Hope you have many happy miles together! 🙂

Do you still have a sore ankle though? Not sure it's wise to run until you are pain free? Good luck.
