I ran my first 10k today having graduated the 0-5k at the end of April . Lovely woodland run with some hilly terrain, wind, sunshine and rain. Feeling super pleased with myself. Have been consolidating with 3x 5k runs and in more recent weeks adding 1K pw to that last run of the week to make a longer run. This girl can!
