Afternoon running world !!
After my first run in a little while, a few days ago and rested my quads I was back out at 8am I’m slightly cooler temps of 12 degrees but started off heading into 47mph winds !! When I turned around in my return I was being blown along and just had to remember to pick my feet up haha
Managed 2x10 min runs separated with a 3 minute brisk walk. Fortunately I did t end up like a drowned rat !!

Thanx ever so much. The weather is not the greatest and I must have been mad to go out, but it was quiet and I could just do my thing. The rain and high winds are set to last until late tomorrow that it’s expected to subside, so at least I can just relax in the morning...... what’s the chances my quads will feel like lead haha 🤣 🙌
