bit windy today

I kept my friend company while she did d3w5 of c25k. This required that I run slowly backwards and forwards up and downhill to keep her in sight. My Strava map shows the doubling back better. Anyway, day2 of Marcothon/run every day in December done and dusted. If I get enough sleep, I'll be out for a longer run tomorrow.

It really. I run on enthusiasm (Leo ascendant). I don’t have much natural energy so I need to be fired up by something to have the push to do it 😊🏃‍♀️
