Hi all, I've been a member for a while but never posted. I (finally π) completed c25k last friday and have since run just over 5km successfully and in a good time for me π I'd now like to work up to 10k and wonder if there's another recommended app out there that I could use? I found having the program to follow really kept me motivated!! Thanks all βΊ

Great run and time. Well done you. I just followed JuJu's plan on this forum although it isn't in your ear like C25K. It's a great plan though. It's recommended to consolidate a while first before moving up but really I'm still new too so let my learned friends advise you here. Well done and you'll find 10k infinitely doable in time π

Congratulations on completing c25k. Its advisable to run for 30 minutes 3x per week for a few weeks to consolidate your running. Then when you're ready this is the plan that loads of people used to get to 10k. Good luck ππ

Once I completed the app I just didn't really know where to go from there but now i feel like i have a new goal π
