Hi I recently completed c25k and have my third consolidation run tomorrow. I'd like to put as many reasons in place to assist me in my overall goal or running regularly. The milestone structure of the c25k was very motivating for me and I was hoping that working towards 10k would provide similar motivation.

It’s still short enough that the sessions don’t take too long out of your day.
The best of several plans for graduates of C25K who wish to go on to run a 10K is Ju Ju's Magic 10, if you Google 'Ju Ju's Magic Plan' it shows you a plan on eventually running 10K in around 8 weeks.
However, before that and after you run around six 30 minute consolidation runs you should try the Stepping Stones Podcasts with Laura which are Pace Speed and Stamina.
I am so pleased to know that you are enjoying all your runs, be careful this week especially where you live in London as the temperature is to go up to 34C during the day and not to fall below 19c even in the early morning, so those runs should be run slowly, drink plenty of water before you run.
Another vote for ju-ju’s Magic 10 Plan CM. I’d say the majority of people on here have done it at least once (3 times in my case, just for fun.) 🏃♀️🏃♀️

I did 18 consolidation runs mainly because 10k sounds really far and an hour seems really long!!! But today I started JuJu’s magic plan today, I’m still to decide if I’m aiming for 10k or 60 min but I’ve got another day to decide 😂. Good luck and enjoy
