Well when I first started this program C25K,and did my first day I was buzzing, anticipating the new thing.....
I was so Amazed at the App guiding me all the way, when I look back to that day, and I think I had to jog/run for 60sec or so, blimey I was puffed out after 35sec and now look at me.
This program is Absolutely Brilliant.

Not yet but it soon will, the administrators have been very busy recently giving out a thousand and one graduation badges to all those people who have ran C25K throughout the lockdown, be patient. 😊 🏃🏾 🎓

Congratulations! I also recently finished C25K a few weeks ago, never thought I would ever be a runner let alone enjoy it. It's a great plan!
