Congratulations!! How long ago was it when you might not have believed you’d ever run for so long?

Back in October I started the C25k course, struggling around a local park to run 🏃‍♂️ for a minute at a time. In December I graduated, running a whole 5k in 46 minutes. On last Friday I ran 9k in 1-24 minutes. So my pace remains consistent but my stamina is markedly increased. Had to take 6 weeks off January into February due to a damaged foot which set me back about a month. Probably has taken me 3 months to get from 5k to 9k.

Would never look 👀 back. Have just set an alarm for 6-30am to get up and run.

Still sometimes think I must be mad to do this for fun....
