This is my Toxic Ten tree, at the top of a long hill, and bent by westerlies as many North Cornish trees are.

If I can get there by 10 minutes, a PB might be in the offing. If not, I’d better get a wriggle on.

Haha that’s a good measure. I love foxgloves 😍

I find it takes me a good 2-3K to warm up and get into a rhythm but then again I don’t have a bendy tree to aim for 😏
